Our employees must be flexible in performing a variety of job duties including cash handling, greeting customers, food prep, parking direction, and working in the field directing customers, in addition to providing consistent and courteous customer service with an upbeat, friendly attitude. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, confident, self-directed, and work well as a part of a team.
It is required to be at least 16 years of age and to have a Food Handler's License to work at Hoffman Farms Store, although this can easily be obtained upon hire and prior to your first shift. Delivery Drivers and Train Drivers must be a minimum of 18 years old and pass an insurance driving record check.
