We are immensely proud of our on-farm bakery. Jay Hoffman has taken an old family recipe for a flaky delicious pie crust, combined it with years
of baking experience and berries grown on our family farm to create what our customers tell us is the BEST pie they have ever tasted.

Our gluten-free + vegan pie crust is an incredible feat – we have folks tell us all the time that they haven’t had a pie this good in all their
years avoiding dairy or gluten! It’s all of the things we love about our traditional pie crust: flaky, moist and melt-in-your-mouth good!
We carry fresh gluten-free + vegan pie most days in our store, but they are a popular item that sells out quickly.
